Since opening in June 2022, our Dundrum location has become a trusted space for individuals, couples and families seeking professional counselling and therapeutic support. Our purpose-built centre features 14 soundproofed therapy rooms, each designed to provide a comfortable, confidential environment where you can speak openly.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll find a warm, professional reception area and a team dedicated to making your experience as supportive as possible. Every detail of our facility has been considered to ensure your privacy, comfort and well-being throughout your therapeutic journey.

Mind and Body Works Dundrum is located approximately one minute walk from Dundrum Luas Station. It is also served by bus routes 14, 44, 75, and 175. There is limited parking in front of the building but there is ample public parking nearby including public car parks at both the Old Dundrum Shopping Centre across the road and Dundrum Town Shopping Centre.
