Mind and Body Works opened in Dundrum, Dublin 14 in June 2022. This bright, modern centre consists of 14 therapy rooms and has been completely renovated and customised to provide a bright and confidential space. Our Dundrum centre offers our full range of services including counselling, psychotherapy, CBT, psychosexual therapy, EMDR, clinical supervision, and psychology services.
The services we offer are for individuals, couples and families. We cater for all age groups, ranging from adults down to teenagers and young children. We have a very experienced team of therapists who have specialised in many areas to work with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, sexual problems, addictions and grief, to name but some. All of our therapists are self-employed professionals and are fully qualified and insured.
They are members of a professional body such as IACP (Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), IAHIP (Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy),PSI (Psychology Society of Ireland) or similar accrediting bodies.

Mind and Body Works Dundrum is located approximately one minute walk from Dundrum Luas Station. It is also served by bus routes 14, 44, 75, and 175. There is limited parking in front of the building but there is ample public parking nearby including public car parks at both the Old Dundrum Shopping Centre across the road and Dundrum Town Shopping Centre.
