At Mind and Body Works, we aim to provide a professional, respectful and supportive service to everyone who contacts or attends our clinic.
If you have a concern or complaint, the best way to raise it will depend on what the complaint relates to.
Practice, Booking or Communication Complaints
If your complaint relates to the practice itself, appointment booking, administration, communication, payments, website enquiries, or general client support, please contact us directly by email:

Please include your name, contact details, and a clear outline of the issue so that we can look into it and respond appropriately.
Concerns About Your Therapist or Sessions
If your concern relates to the therapy you received, or to the conduct of a therapist, we encourage you, where appropriate and where you feel comfortable, to first raise the matter directly with your therapist.
If this is not possible, or if the matter remains unresolved, you can contact us and we will do our best to guide you on the appropriate next steps.
You may also contact the therapist’s professional accrediting body directly. Each therapist’s accrediting body is listed on their individual therapist profile, where applicable.
