How long are therapy sessions?
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Your therapist will discuss session frequency during your initial consultation.
Do you accept health insurance?
Many of our therapists are recognised by major health insurance providers. We can provide receipts for insurance claims. It is always a good idea to check what you are covered for with your health insurer before you begin therapy
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with professional ethics guidelines. Your therapist will explain the limits of confidentiality during your first session.
