Janet is a systemic psychotherapist with a long-standing interest in people, their relationships, and the stories that shape their lives. Her approach to therapy is open, practical, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives.
Janet’s therapeutic approach is grounded in systemic thinking, exploring how patterns in relationships and broader social contexts shape people’s lives. She works collaboratively, drawing on narrative practices that invite reflection on personal and relational stories. Her aim is to help clients uncover strengths, reshape unhelpful narratives, and create new possibilities for change and connection.
