Counselling and Psychotherapy Approach
Lisa’s approach and training follows a Psychodynamic/Integrative path and she concentrates on the client/therapist relationship within a Humanistic framework. She works with the belief that integrating past and present experiences is key to understanding how we function and why we behave the way we do.
Lisa believes that it is through developing this knowledge and awareness that we can change for the better. She considers the client/therapist relationship to be the central component to allow healing and growth to occur in the therapeutic space.
Lisa aims to create a safe and supportive space, which is free from judgement. She wants people to achieve their potential by uncovering their own inner wisdom and making choices that are right for them.

Lisa has worked in therapy centres in Dublin with people from a wide range of backgrounds and who have presented with a range of problems. These include but are not limited to living with: anxiety; stress; depression; relationship problems and low self-esteem.
