Biography

Lisa has worked for over a decade in therapy centres in Dublin with people from a wide range of backgrounds and who have presented with a range of problems. These include but are not limited to: anxiety; stress; depression; grief; relationship problems; and low self-esteem. She has supported people through traumatic events, emotional regulation difficulties, family conflict, relationship breakdown, illness, bereavement, and significant life changes.

Couples Therapy

Lisa has completed additional training in relationship therapy and also offers support to couples. She is especially interested in working with couples who may be experiencing problems with: emotional or sexual distance; loss of trust; affairs and betrayal; differences around parenting, family, money or intimacy; major life transitions; uncertainty about whether to remain together; and relationships that feel increasingly disconnected or stuck.

Before each first session Lisa will conduct a short call with each partner and ask them both to fill in a short assessment form.
