She supports them in developing these strengths to improve communication, understanding, and connection within their relationships.

In relationship therapy, Sharon focuses on issues such as infidelity (both physical and emotional), challenges in blended families, communication breakdowns, trust issues, and navigating different stages of relationships where partners may feel stuck. Sharon draws from several therapeutic theories and resources, including the Gottman Method, the Developmental Model, and communication tools, to guide clients forward in the best possible way for their unique situation.

This approach uses a bio-psycho-social understanding of sexuality and integrates a Human Rights-Based Approach, along with the PLISSIT and High 5 Alive Models, to ensure a person-centred experience.
