Nicola works with clients on a one-to-one basis, in a way that is best suited to their individual needs so they can explore their thoughts and feelings to better understand the particular circumstances or issues that are problematic for them and draws on their strengths and resources in order to enhance the quality of their lives.

Nicola has been working as a Psychotherapist/Counsellor for over 15 years in various organisation as well as in private practice.  This has provided her with a wide range of experience in helping clients who have a high level of needs.  She has worked with people dealing with various issues such as substance misuse, domestic violence, suicidal ideation, childhood sexual abuse and sexual assault.

Nicola’s areas of interest include anxiety, family difficulties, autism, workplace issues, self-care, trauma, grief and loss, stress, sexuality, self-esteem, intimacy and relationships.
