Gillian adopts an integrative therapeutic approach, using both CBT and person-centred therapy. She is mindful in applying and adapting her counselling strategy depending on the individual client, and applies her skills tailored to the client’s presenting issues. She is adept at utilising short-term, solution-focused therapy when necessary.

Gillian provides a supportive, safe space for clients to share their stories and explore the experiences, patterns and behaviours that are impacting their lives today. In therapy, clients are provided with a warm, non-judgemental environment where they can gain a better understanding of themselves and their issues.
