Anna is a Pre-Accredited member of Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and abide by the code of ethics set down by the professional body (IACP).

Anna provides therapy in both English and Polish.

Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Approach

Anna’s approach to counselling and psychotherapy is humanistic person-centered. She uses an integrative and humanistic approach with her clients. Most important for her is to create safe, non-judgmental and empathic environment for her clients where they can safely explore themselves and build their self-awareness.

Anna’s genuine curiosity about human behavior helps her not only to gradually deepen the therapeutic process, but also to help her clients integrate that same curiosity about their own functioning and their way of being. Anna helps her clients enhance introspection, healing and positive self-talk.
