Counselling Experience and Areas of Interest

Life is uncertain and yet it can also be a great adventure, Anita’s interest is to help client’s embrace that adventure.  And yet we all get stuck sometimes, perhaps we want to make changes, maybe a new job or career, or a new relationship, or perhaps we want to improve relationships with family, friends, or work colleagues.

We all face loss in life, and this can sometimes be difficult for us to come to terms with, we can face the loss of a job or a loved one, a marriage might end, or we face aging or illness. We sometimes need support to help us navigate those tricky times in life, get us through to new phases.

Anita’s aim is to support you to find the resources within yourself to work through life’s difficulties and challenges, and provide the support needed to allow you to explore your full potential.  This often involves working with anxiety, stress, depression, loss and problems with interpersonal relationships.

Anita’s fee is €70 per session
