Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Approach
As a Gestalt psychotherapist, Aneta works holistically and relationally, paying attention and staying present to the beauty and the fullness of human expression – through body, mind, and spirit. She trusts in the healing potential of a therapeutic relationship based on dialog, contact, and co-creation.
Aneta believes that “change occurs when one becomes what he is, not when he tries to become what he is not” (Beisser, 1970) and is committed to providing a confidential and supportive space for people to freely and creatively explore how their past and present life experiences have shaped them the way they are now, and what they might need to face their challenges, be happier and live more choice-fully.
Aneta sees every person as unique, their difference as their beauty, and their inability or struggle as a potential for growth and creative adjustment. She meets clients where they are in their life journey, through authentic relational encounters and genuine curiosity.
