Biography

Sarah works with adults with a wide range of issue such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, low motivation, relationship difficulties and trauma. Sarah has a keen interest in how early attachments shape adult relationships and in working with clients to build healthy, trusting connections.

Sarah’s humanistic and integrative approach aims to support clients in their search for a life less challenging. She offers a safe and non-judgemental space where clients can explore the issues affecting their lives, recognize their strengths and abilities and move towards belief in self. 

Sarah holds an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Degree in Psychology. 

Sarah is an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
