Biography

Réamonn provides a safe, non-judgemental and empathic space. He supports clients to explore the important issues in their lives, to increase their self-awareness and resilience, to relate to themselves and others in more authentic and fulfilling ways, and to make more empowered life choices.

Réamonn has experience working with a variety of issues including OCD/intrusive thoughts, depression/low mood, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties and abusive relationships, and stress in the workplace. Réamonn has completed additional training in CBT for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Breathwork and Compulsive Sexual Behaviour.

Réamonn completed his Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy at Dublin Business School. He is a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy.

Réamonn has also completed a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Before becoming a psychotherapist, he worked as a Lecturer and Researcher in Mental Health Promotion at the University of Galway.
