Biography

Michaela has worked with a wide range of issues including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship issues, loss, stress management, disability, self-esteem and so on.

Michaela has supported members of the LGBTQIA+ community and continues to advocate for all marginalized people to access mental health support. She helps clients navigate life transitions, identity and confidence, encouraging them to take up space in their own lives.

She integrates practical tools and reflective practices to extend therapy beyond the session. Drawing on various approaches, she designs sessions to meet the unique needs of each client at any life stage.
