Biography

Martina’s holistic and gentle approach has assisted and supported adults from a wide range of backgrounds and ages with a variety of concerns and problems. Her areas of Interest include: Trauma (Childhood & Adult), Anxiety, Depression, Loss, Grief, Relationship Difficulties, Low Self-Esteem, Addiction, Existential, Fatherhood, Motherhood & Mid-Life Issues.

Working integratively, she tailors her practice to the unique needs of each person, using various approaches derived from a combination of person centred, psychodynamic, gestalt, psychosynthesis, CBT, existential, attachment and trauma informed teachings.

Martina holds a clinical Masters in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (level 9) and is a fully accredited member of the IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Having received her clinical training at The Tivoli Institute in Dun Laoghaire, she has the skills to provide psychotherapy and counselling for a broad range of life difficulties.
