Biography

Mark’s particular interests include, although are not limited to self confidence, relationship difficulties, sexuality and attachment issues, grief, depression, anxiety, non-ordinary states of consciousness, mystical experiences and brief psychotic breaks.

Mark provides a safe non-judgmental space and meets the clients exactly where they are.  Mark’s wish is for his clients to become empowered and find their own unique path to healing. He tailors to his client’s needs using aspects from various counselling approaches, for example cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) attachment theory, and Gestalt therapy.

Mark practices humanistic and integrative therapy and holds a Master’s degree in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (Clinical) from the Tivoli Institute, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

Mark is an accredited member of The Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
