Biography

Lucy’s expertise includes helping clients manage issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, body image concerns, loneliness, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem, among others. Lucy also has experience working with clients with grief, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, individuals who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodivergent clients.

Lucy is a fully qualified psychotherapist and is a pre-accredited member of The Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP). She is dedicated to upholding their esteemed code of ethics and practice.

Lucy also works as a couples therapist. She is continually inspired by the resilience and growth that can emerge when two people commit to doing the work together. Whether addressing long-standing patterns or navigating a current crisis, Lucy offers a grounded, compassionate space where both individuals feel heard and supported.

Lucy incorporates somatic therapy into her work, recognising the deep connection between mind and body. This approach supports clients in tuning into the physical sensations that can go with emotions, stress, or trauma. Through gentle awareness, movement, and breathwork, clients can begin to release tension, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of safety and presence.

With a strong commitment to both personal and professional growth, Lucy actively pursues continuous development by attending a range of workshops and online courses. This ongoing education allows her to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques, enhancing the quality of care she offers to her clients.
