Biography
Linda’s work includes supporting people experiencing difficulties in their relationships, family life or sense of self, including issues around self-esteem, anger and body image. Linda also works with clients living with ADHD, OCD and chronic illness, recognising the different ways these experiences can affect emotional wellbeing, relationships and everyday life.
Some of her postgraduate research focused specifically on menopause and perimenopause, exploring the emotional and psychological dimensions of this significant life transition. She also works affirmatively with LGBTQ+ clients and with issues relating to gender and sexuality. Her practice is inclusive of diverse relationship structures, including polyamory and ethical non-monogamy (ENM).
She has experience supporting people affected by domestic and sexual abuse, self-harm and suicidal thoughts, and approaches this work with sensitivity to the impact that trauma and earlier experiences can have on a person’s emotional wellbeing and relationships.

Linda holds an M.A. in Psychotherapy and a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is an accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and a member of the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP).

Linda holds an M.A. in Psychotherapy and a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She also holds a B.A. in Sociology and English. She also engages in ongoing professional development and regular clinical supervision to support her practise.
