Biography

Frank has worked within the Irish mental health system for over 25 years. His areas of interest include working with anxiety, depression, OCD, relationships, work life stress, trauma, communication skills, self-esteem and self-worth, with an overall focus on promoting positive mental health and well-being.

Frank uses an integrative approach comprising combinations of different therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and aspects of Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Frank is a fully accredited member of the Irish Institute of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and abides by their codes of ethics.

Frank received a Degree in Psychology from University College Cork in 1990 and a Diploma in Integrative Clinical Psychotherapy from Turning Point Training Institute in 2015.
