Natalia works with adults aged 18 and older and has extensive experience addressing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, suicidality, panic, low self-esteem, stress, and relationship difficulties. She adopts a positive psychology approach, focusing on her clients’ strengths rather than solely on their problems, helping them build resilience and achieve personal growth.Counselling and Psychology Approach
Natalia integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches into her clinical practice. Her training in DBT is particularly effective for clients experiencing difficulties with emotional regulation. She has extensive experience working with emotional dysregulation, ADHD, and a wide range of psychological challenges, supporting clients in developing practical skills to improve well-being, resilience, and overall functioning. Natalia is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) (M12722C) and is currently undergoing the validation of her qualifications as a Clinical Psychologist in Ireland. She holds a PhD in Psychology and is a member of the Society for Psychotherapy Research (SPR). In 2018, she received the prestigious International Student Award from SPR in recognition of her outstanding doctoral research. Over the past decade, Natalia has contributed to multiple international research teams, focusing on psychotherapy research, neuroscience, and behavioural science. She has participated in advanced training programmes and collaborative research initiatives across Argentina, Ireland, Italy, Germany, and Chile. As part of the validation of her overseas qualifications, Natalia has gained clinical experience within the Irish public health system (HSE), including placements in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Adult Mental Health Services. In addition to her clinical work, Natalia has lectured across several colleges in Ireland and currently serves as a Supervisor for Psychology programmes in the Human and Social Sciences at Dublin Business School (DBS). She also continues her academic research as part of a team at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Natalia integra enfoques de Terapia Cognitivo Conductual (CBT), Terapia Dialéctico Conductual (DBT) y mindfulness en su práctica clínica.
