Biography

With nearly ten years of experience, Conor has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds who present with a variety of issues and concerns including but not limited to: Anxiety, bereavement and loss, communication skills, depression, emotional regulation, gender and sexual issues, LGBTQIA+, personal development, self-esteem, trauma, relationship difficulties, abuse, transitions in life, self-compassion, self-esteem, confidence, long term illness.

Conor works primarily from a person-centred perspective, underpinned by a trauma-informed approach. As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist Conor uses a range of therapeutic skills drawn from different theoretical bases including: humanistic, person-centred, psychosynthesis, CBT, Gestalt.

Conor is accredited by the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and a registered member of the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP), and he works within the ethical coded of both organisations.
