Biography

Clodagh offers a supportive and compassionate space where you can begin to understand what’s happening for you, at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Her approach is grounded in Person Centered (Talk) Therapy, enriched by a Somatic (Body) Orientated Therapy called The Hakomi Method.

Clodagh’s career began as a helpline volunteer with the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre. She went on to train as Psychotherapist, qualifying in 2007, and as a Clinical Supervisor in 2017. She was certified as a Hakomi Practioner in 2022. Clodagh has lectured and been a group supervisor in a college for student therapists.
