Biography

Annette has worked as a therapist since 2001. Annette began her professional career in the area of Addiction and Homelessness, working with Merchants Quay Ireland. Annette’s primary focus is to help you make changes in the here and now.

She believes the best approach to therapy is one which encompasses a number of different models to facilitate the needs of each individual.

Annette believes that every individual is unique and valuable and that we are all trying to move towards greater integration of mind, body and spirit. She believes in the individual’s ability to move beyond symptoms to a more meaningful life and that each person has the answers to this meaningful life within themselves.

Annette trained as a counsellor in Trinity College Dublin (TCD), qualifying in 2001. She has also completed a Diploma in Integrative Supervision in 2012.

Annette is an accredited Psychotherapist and Supervisor with both the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and Addiction Counsellors of Ireland (ACI).
