Biography

Rachel holds an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Turning Point Training Institute. Rachel is an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).

Rachel believes that the relationship between Client and Therapist is the most important part of her therapeutic work, where she offers an unconditional and empathetic space for the client to safely facilitate process and to promote self-care and healing.

Counselling experience and Areas of Interest

Rachel has worked with clients on such issues as anxiety, depression and bereavement and loss. She has a special interest in working with issues surrounding Neurodiversity and also Identity, Sexuality and Gender, Trauma, PTSD and Sexual Abuse, and with grief and loss associated with Miscarriage and Infertility. Rachel also holds a Diploma in Couples Therapy.
