Orna's fee is €80 for individuals and €100 for families and couples

Psychotherapy Training and Accreditation

Orna is a Systemic Psychotherapist qualifying from UCD School of Medicine. She has worked with individuals, couples and families experiencing a wide range of issues.  Orna is a registered member of the Family Therapy Association and the Irish Council of Psychotherapists.

Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Approach

Orna is a Systemic Psychotherapist with a strong interest in providing a safe therapeutic space for clients to reflect on a wide range of issues. She works collaboratively with clients allowing opportunity for reflection on relationships, patterns and future possibilities. Orna facilitates reflection on resilience and unique strengths within individuals and families.

Counselling Experience and Areas of Interest

Orna has worked in a variety of settings with a wide range of issues including emotional dysregulation, stress & anxiety management, relationship issues, communication difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, career-related concerns, adjusting to major life events such as illness and diagnoses. In addition to her Systemic Psychotherapy training Orna has completed additional Emotion-focused training and mentalization-based training.  Orna has an interest in increasing understanding within relationships, validation of emotions and providing a safe environment for therapeutic change.
