Keelan holds an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapy from the Tivoli Institute and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology Applied to Information Technology from IADT. Committed to ongoing professional development, she regularly attends seminars and workshops to enhance her skills and knowledge.

Keelan is a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and adheres to their code of ethics.

Counselling Experience and Areas of Interest

Keelan has experience helping individuals navigate grief, family dynamics, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, stress, depression, identity struggles, self-esteem issues, negative self-beliefs, childhood experiences, and the effects of sexual assault and rape. Keelan is also experienced in supporting LGBTQ+ clients, providing a safe and affirming space to explore identity, relationships, and other challenges they may face.
