Biography

Emma Jane supports adults and young adults navigating emotional and psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, developmental trauma, parental grief and loss, and difficulties related to self-worth and identity. She is especially interested in the enduring impact of emotional neglect and early relational wounds—those subtle yet profound experiences that shape how we relate to ourselves and others in adult life. These themes are central to her therapeutic practice and ongoing research.

Her practice, grounded in empathy, presence, and emotional attunement, creates a safe space for clients to explore freely, without fear of judgment. She believes that meaningful change arises through thoughtful reflection and connection, and she supports each individual in building on their own inner resilience.

Emma Jane is a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP)

Emma Jane holds a Higher Diploma and a first-class BA (Hons) Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy.
