Conor is a fully qualified integrative psychotherapist holding a Postgraduate Diploma and MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.

He completed his training in University College Cork and Turning Point Institute and is a fully accredited member of The Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), abiding by their code of ethics.

Counselling Experience and Areas of Interest

Conor’s experience includes but is not limited to working with anxiety (including social anxiety), depression, self-worth issues, relationship issues, shame and self-criticism.
Conor has a particular interest in how we relate to ourselves and has recently been involved in research on self-compassion
