Psychotherapy Training and Accreditation
Olga is a fully qualified Integrative Psychosexual and Relationship therapist providing therapy to individuals and couples. After completing a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, she trained at the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship therapy which is accredited by Middlesex University in London.
Olga has obtained her diploma in Compulsive Sexual Behaviours at Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS). She has also completed her training with in couples therapy at NAOS Institute (London) and The Couples Institute (California, USA). She is a Registered Member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT), The British Psychological Society (BPS) and Institute for Relational Intimacy (IRI).
Please note that Olga is UK-based and is registered with accredited UK organisations. As such, her receipts may not be accepted by Irish health insurance providers.
Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Approach
Olga offers a warm, safe and non-judgmental professional space to her clients, within which they can gain an understanding, and enhancement, of their sexuality and intimate relationships. Her approach is integrative, which means that she will tailor the treatment to suit each client’s specific needs. Olga is eclectic in her approach to therapy and it’s use, e.g., Attachment theory, where it is useful to facilitate a stronger bond between partners, or Cognitive Therapy to help clients develop alternative ways of thinking and behaving to reduce psychological distress.
Olga also draws on existential therapy to help clients to achieve different perspectives and discover new meaning in their lives. She incorporates many other modalities including Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Transpersonal, Compassion Focused, Relational, Narrative, Person-Centered, Imago.
Whether her clients seek to improve their self-understanding, communication with others, or work through sexual issues, Olga will work together with them to achieve the positive changes they desire. She strives to support her clients to regain a balance and a sense of belonging in the world and resolve sexual and intimate relationship difficulties.
Counselling Experience and Areas of Interest
Olga works with a broad range of issues including, but not limited to, relationship difficulties, infidelity, communication issues, low sexual desire, arousal difficulties, orgasmic issues, erectile dysfunction, premature or delayed ejaculation, vaginal pain, understanding sexual practices/preferences, reducing anxiety around sex and improving relationships and intimacy.
Her own mixed cultural background (Olga has lived in different parts of the world and has confronted a range of challenges) has led Olga to a strong interest in multicultural counselling. She also draws on her many years of work in the field of customer service to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients, as well as to impart insights about such communications.
Olga has a true passion and deep commitment to helping people better understand their lives’ emotional challenges and helping couples create healthy and meaningful relationships.

Olga’s fee per session is €110 for Individuals and €130 for Couples
