Psychotherapy Training and Accreditation
Lesley is a Certified Associate member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and is working towards full accreditation. She abides by their Code of Ethics and Practice, attends regular supervision and is committed to ongoing professional development. She has a Diploma in Integrative Clinical Psychotherapy and completes CPD annually enhancing her skills and knowledge
Lesley is a Yoga Alliance accredited teacher and an Integral Associate Coach with Integral Coaching Canada.
Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Approach
Lesley’s style is firmly rooted in the humanistic approach. She follows a co-creative process throughout the therapeutic relationship, which respects the client’s individuality and capacity for self-direction. Her methods are exploratory in nature, looking to assist with the integration of conscious and unconscious, cognitive, emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual aspects of the person.
Her work is informed by primarily by Person Centred Psychotherapy as well as Psychodynamic and Sensorimotor modalities. She also draws upon Attachment theories and practices and incorporates Bodywork and Mindful Self Compassion Practices.
As a therapist, Lesley values accompanying client in a warm, supportive and non-judgemental way on their personal path.

Lesley has worked with people from different backgrounds and ages, presenting with a wide range of issues and life challenges, she believes in inclusion and welcomes diversity. She offers compassionate and skilled assistance to anyone in search of self-discovery and self-awareness. It is Lesley’s hope and belief that clients uncover their own strengths, resources and capacity to support themselves.
Lesley experienced a career transitioned from the corporate sector to the mental health field. She has experience in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, changing life experiences, emotional struggles, identity, gender, sexuality, self-esteem, relationship issues, and spirituality.
