Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Approach
Eva places strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for healing, growth, and meaningful change. She views the client-therapist connection as a non-judgmental, confidential space where individuals can safely explore their emotional inner world, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
As an integrative counsellor, Eva combines a range of therapeutic approaches, including Emotion-Focused Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness. Her approach is always tailored to meet each client’s individual needs and achieve their full potential. Rooted in Rogerian principles, she fosters a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients can reconnect with themselves mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Life can bring periods of transition where we feel disconnected from our core selves. Eva supports clients navigating these changes by helping them to understand and integrate their past and present experiences and build resilience. Drawing on a variety of therapeutic techniques, she empowers individuals facing trauma, life transitions, emotional challenges, and relational difficulties to cope with their circumstances, improve their quality of life and develop healthier relationships with themselves and their environment (family, friends, work, etc).

Eva’s experience includes but is not limited to working with Trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, Neurodivergence (ADHD), sexual abuse, grief, relationship difficulties, LGBTQ plus, emotional distress, burnout and life purpose.
