Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Approach
Eva places strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for healing, growth, and meaningful progress. Rooted in Rogerian principles, she views the client-therapist connection as a catalyst for creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients can reconnect with themselves mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Her approach is always tailored to meet each client’s individual needs, supporting them in exploring their emotional inner world, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with who they truly are to achieve their full potential. As an integrative counsellor, Eva combines a range of therapeutic approaches, including Emotion-Focused Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness.
Life can bring periods of transition where we feel disconnected from our core selves. Eva facilitates clients navigating these changes by helping them to understand and integrate their past and present experiences and build resilience. Drawing on a variety of therapeutic techniques, she accompanies individuals facing trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, emotional challenges, and relational difficulties to cope with their circumstances, improve their quality of life and develop healthier relationships with themselves and their environment (family, friends, work, etc).
