Counselling Training and Accreditation
Caragh is a qualified Counsellor / Psychotherapist, attaining her B.Sc. (HONS) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI college & Middlesex University. She is a pre-accredited counsellor / psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP) and works within their ethical framework and codes of practice. She regularly participates in ongoing training and professional development and believes that we never stop learning about ourselves and others.
Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Approach
Caragh approaches counselling from an integrative perspective and uses Person Centred therapy, CBT and Mindfulness with clients. She believes in providing a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their emotions, navigate what is challenging in their lives and work towards understanding their behavioural patterns, self-awareness and personal growth.

Caragh has been supporting clients since 2022 and has experience with working with a wide range of issues including anxiety and depression, personal and family relationship difficulties, abusive relationships, grief, suicide ideation, self-esteem, women’s health issues
