Biography

Sarah has worked with a range of issues including; anxiety, depression, relationships, academic pressures, self-esteem, life transitions, childhood trauma, and grief. She has special interests in mother-daughter relationships, ADHD, 3rd Level students and professional relationship difficulties.

Sarah uses a range of approaches such as humanistic, person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic psychotherapy to fit the specific needs of each client. Often, these approaches can change throughout the therapeutic journey.

Whether coming to therapy for the first time or continuing from a previous therapeutic encounter, clients value Sarah’s listening skills, empathetic insight and her ability to sit with them through dark times. She is also known for her warmth and her ability to create a safe non-judgemental space for her clients.

Sarah is a fully accredited member of the IACP (Irish Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists) and abides by their codes of ethics.
