Jacqui is a fully qualified therapist holding an honours degree in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy from ICPPD. She also holds a Certificate in Body Work, Diploma in CBT and Certificate in working with complex trauma and sexual abuse. With specialized training in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) which is beneficial for general anxiety disorder, Jacqui assists clients in recognizing and changing negative thinking patterns, equipping them with practical skills to promote positive change and overall well-being. Jacqui has further expertise in working with complex trauma and sexual abuse, ensuring sensitive and tailored support for those who need it most.
