Biography

Rachel is a graduate of the Dublin Counselling and Therapy Centre, holding a postgraduate diploma in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy and counselling, and is fully accredited with the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP). She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University College Dublin (UCD). She is currently training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Counselling Experience and Areas of Interest

Rachel has worked with clients from all different backgrounds and cultures with issues such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD, loss and bereavement, suicidal thoughts, attachment, stress and burnout, childhood trauma, relationship issues and self-esteem. She has also supported many clients exploring identity, sexuality, gender, culture, and neurodiversity.
