Anne has a humanistic and person-centred approach to her work with clients.  This means meeting clients where they are at and working collaboratively in the “here and now” while supporting clients to make meaning of their experiences.

Anne’s training includes theoretical perspectives from Gestalt, Person Centred, Attachment, Trauma Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal, Mindfulness and elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
