Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Approach

Eva’s humanistic-integrative approach has the aim to help, in a non-invasive way, the spiritual, emotional, physical and cognitive aspects, taking account of the clients’ past, present and future.

Accordingly, she uses a wide range of techniques and methods that enable to work with all dimensions of the client, where all difficulties are placed within a larger context of growth, and deeply trusting in the client’s resilience and inner strength.

She uses creative tools, like drawing, clay, sand tray, movement, music and therapeutic storytelling, as a way for children and adolescents to express themselves, and facilitating their emotional, behavioural and mental health well-being.

Counselling Experience and Areas of Interest

Since she graduated in 2007, Eva has gained experience working with children and adults in various schools and clinical settings in Spain, Italy and Ireland. She supports her clients in their exploration tailoring the therapy process to suit each client’s individual needs, constructing a strong therapeutic relationship as a core principle to facilitate the process.

She offers sessions in Spanish, Italian and English.
