Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Approach

Deirdre applies a humanistic and psychodynamic approach within her work by utilising a mixture of object relations, person-centred, existentialism, body psychotherapy and stress response approaches.  Starting therapy can be scary and brave, therefore Deirdre’s aim is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to come to talk and be listened to when expressing their thoughts and feelings on the small and big issues they are facing.
