Psychotherapy Training and Accreditation
Claire holds a BA(Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and is an accredited psychotherapist and supervisor with the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
Since qualifying as a psychotherapist in 2010, she has achieved extensive post-graduate training in many counselling areas, including, trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); Childhood Sexual Abuse (CSA), Exploratory Goal Corrected Psychotherapy (EGCP); Attachment Theory and Solutions Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
Her background includes several nursing & management qualifications.

Claire’s way of working is integrative and treatment plans are tailored in collaboration with and specifically for each client. The pace of work is determined by what is best for the individual.
Counselling Experience and Areas of Interest
She works with individuals & couples who present with various issues including, Depression, Anxiety, Bereavement, Workplace Issues, Relationship Difficulties, Loss, Phobias, Anger, Bullying, Trauma, Abuse, Low Self-Esteem.
Claire spent over 20 years working as a business manager in the multinational sector and prior to that, she worked in specialized areas of nursing.
