Biography

Maggie has a BA in Psychotherapy and Counselling and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She has postgraduate training in Suicidology, Drugs Counselling, Eating Disorders and Nutrition. 

Counselling Experience and Areas of Interest 

Maggie is particularly interested in anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, eating disorders (Binge Eating and Bulimia), and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, suicidal ideation, self-harm and bereavement. 

Maggie works mainly as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapist with adult clients. She is an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
