Lucy is a fully qualified psychotherapist who has competed her four-year degree in ICPPD Galway. Lucy is a pre-accredited member of The Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP) and is dedicated to upholding their esteemed code of ethics and practice. With a strong commitment to both personal and professional growth, Lucy actively pursues continuous development by attending a range of workshops and online courses. This ongoing education allows her to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques, enhancing the quality of care she offers to her clients.

Counselling Experience and Areas of Interest
Lucy completed her clinical placement with Mind & Body Works, where she gained valuable experience in supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of challenges. Her expertise includes helping clients manage issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, body image concerns, loneliness, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem, among others.
