Biography

Lisa works with some presenting issues including anxiety, depression, stress, including work-related stress, anger, guilt, shame, low self-esteem, post-traumatic stress, relationship problems, sexuality, and spirituality.

Lisa works with humanistic therapy modalities such as the Person-Centred Approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness.  Solution Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT) is available to clients who want to focus on a current situation or issue to construct solutions rather than focussing on the problem.

Lisa has an Masters Degree in Loss & Bereavement with the Royal College of Surgeons and has a Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with the IICP.  She also holds a Certificate in Family Constellations and a Certificate in Child and Adolescent Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Lisa is a fully accredited member of IACP (Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
