Bríd holds an MSc in Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy awarded by University of College Cork, and a PhD in Sociology from Trinity College Dublin. She is a certified associate of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapists (IAHIP) and abides by their code of ethics whilst working towards accreditation.

Counselling Experience and Areas of Interest

Bríd welcomes all persons who are seeking support during times of difficulty or suffering. Her areas of experience and interest include navigating times of change and loss; anxiety; depression; climate distress/grief; Self and Body-Image; developmental wounding; gender/sexuality and LGBTQ+ mental health; and adolescent development and psychotherapy.
