Olive’s approach is person centred, humanistic and with an integrative style to best meet the needs of the client. Olive believes that an integrative approach is necessary to help build and nurture a therapeutic space for the client to explore their issues and build resilience to the challenges of life.  Olive believes that the client is always at the centre of the process and that in working collaboratively with the client supports the therapeutic relationship.

She incorporates the theoretical approaches of Person-centred Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Reality Therapy which then enables her to work in a way that best suits the needs of each individual client.
